ISWAP Fighters and their families surrender to army in Borno

Many fighters of the Islamic State’s West Africa Province (ISWAP) and their family members have surrendered to the 25 Task Force Brigade of the Nigerian army in Damboa, Borno State.

According to a statement released by the Nigerian Army, they surrendered on Saturday, February 5. Among those who surrendered were children and women.
